You might've noticed the cool airplane picture on our website here. It reminds us of the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of the Wright Brothers. Their passion for powered manned flight fueled their work and success. Goals are important, but the beliefs and drive that underlie them are even more predictive of our success.
